Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICIES

Returns - no returns available due to ongoing COVID-19 safety protocols and due to the nature of products sold in the shop.

Refunds - If you are unsatisfied with the product, or the order is lost during shipping (either an issue on my end, ie wrong address, carrier lost package, package was stolen), I will issue a refund.  If the order is lost, I will try to remake the items and what cannot be remade will be refunded to you.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are currently not available if you have already received your package due to the ongoing COVID-19 safety protocols and due to the nature of products sold in the shop.  However, if your order has not shipped yet, you may still exchange the product.
